01Building
I set up Northlane Solutions in March 2026 and manage it. It bids on airfield lighting and helipad packages for Saudi clients, and it has reached the final four of 30 bidders on a multimillion-dollar helideck package for a giga-project. I also own Procul Solutions, which sells AI systems to Saudi companies. Its first client is a 400-person engineering group where 17 estimators use a drawing-to-costing system I designed. I'm also building ProCul through it, an agent-native accounting product for Saudi companies. It's early and has no customers yet.
Evidence02Investing and deals
I come from PwC (CPA, ACCA, CFA Level I candidate), so I value a business and price a bid from the numbers up. At Kellogg I'm active in the Venture Capital Lab and the Entrepreneurship Club. I'm open to venture partner, scout and advisor seats with funds and family offices that want Saudi exposure, and happy to talk through a co-invest from the operator side: who the buyer is, what the real cost is, where the deal sits in the Saudi procurement cycle. My own pricebook shows how I work: 2,356 priced supplier records from 137 suppliers, each rate traced to its source.
Evidence03AI operating models
I design agent organisations that do the work while a person signs off. Northlane runs on 26 role-specialized agent definitions, about 90% of my own operating workload runs through them, and every price and outbound document is approved by a person before it leaves. I log every step and test the agents with blind review, because I measured one model scoring its own draft about 11 points above a blind panel. If you want that shape in your company, with the gates written down, I can design it with you.
Evidence04Speaking, press and teaching
I'm open to panels, podcasts, press and classroom visits on AI-run companies and building in Saudi Arabia. I also publish a daily log of what the AI labs ship, each item linked to its primary source, so you can see how I think before we speak.
