**School.** Year two at Kellogg, majoring in Finance and Strategy. I'm splitting the year between Chicago and Al Khobar, and spending it on the Chicago to Saudi corridor: the Venture Capital Lab, founders I meet, and the Saudi deals I follow from Al Khobar.

**The AI radar.** This site starts publishing it this month: primary sources only, a short post with my take, up to three times a day. I'm also writing weekly catch-up roundups back to September 2025, clearly labelled as written now.

**The agent organisation.** I'm keeping the 26 agents behind Northlane working on live bids, and adding review gates wherever I catch them overrating their own output.

**Procul Solutions.** Building ProCul, an agent-native ledger and monthly close for Saudi companies (early build, no customers yet), and supporting the engineering group that uses my drawing-to-costing system.

**Reading.** Open-weight models, agent tooling and anything that changes what a small team can run. I check the model card or the repo before I form a view.
